Beautiful reminder this weekend...
I've done absolutely nothing to win God's approval, to be loved by Him, to be adopted into His family...but He has done it all! It's not about me, but it's all about Him. My salvation is totally dependant on Him. That's so releasing...it means that any attempt I make - be it good behaviour, spending time reading the bible - whatever I may try to do to be 'right' before God is pointless! It doesn't make God love me, why because He already loves me. This truth is awesome! Reason no. 54 :)
