I am thankful for my new landlord. Every time I email a query or a problem I get a quick response and the problem is dealt with rapidly. Last year I had a problem with my bed and it took several months to be sorted, this time it took less than a week!! This landlord definitely knows how to look after her tenants! Reason no. 885 :)
