When the day feels like a waste of time or its just felt outright rubbish, it helps us to appreciate the good days...they're all useful.

Yesterday I had my last exam of the year - summer is here!!! This year has flown by and I'm now 1/4 of the way through my degree! Reason no. 282 :)

For a couple of days this week I was back home for my mum's 50th. It was great to be back and see my family, have a day trip in Rye and see some old family friends from Hastings. On the journey back I ended up sitting with 2 people I went to Highworth with, who I hadn't seen in at least 2 years! We had a lovely little catch up and it definitely helped make the journey not feel so long! Reason no, 278 :)

Thank you God for placing me with such a great set of people on my course! This week a few SLTs headed to Lyme Park for the day (where some of Pride and Prejudice is set!). It was great company and an amazing day! We were able to dress up once there, so we spent the day fancy dress wandering the grounds and the house! Reason no. 277 :)
