Thankful for so many things this year! It has had it ups and downs, but there are still many things to celebrate. This year I graduated after studying for 4 years, I got my first Speech and Language Therapy job and I moved back to Ashford with my lovely husband. We got our first car together! David completed his Access course and he started his social work degree. We have found a great church in Ashford to be part of! I am so thankful for the many blessings we have had this year! Thankful for a time of rest after the busyness of Christmas! It is has been great to have time to play lots of games, do sewing and go to the cinema! It has been good and a time to recharge! Reason no. 1299 :)

Thank you God that You tell me how to move into the abudance of joy and peace that You have for me...Find scriptures that bring life and actively decide to put your mind on “whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.” (Philippians 4:8). Yesterday I watched 'The Shack' for the first time. It is a film that highlights so many wonderful attributes of God. He is my Papa, He loves to spend time with me, He cares about the hurts and the One who heals them, He is Judge and how good it is that it is Him that judges and not me, He is the One who sees the big picture. Thankful for all the music lessons my parents gave me as a child. The other week I got my clarinet out of the loft and it was amazing to think how my brain could somehow remember all the different notes and what my fingers had to do for each note after so many years.
